friendly staff daily cleaning

the staff were friendly and helpful . the room was spacious and cleaned daily with fresh towels and water provided. it overlooked the pool and restaurant, convenient.

the music was loud and not suited for a peaceful holiday. the animation team was persistent and lacked respect for personal space, which hindered relaxation

the hotel is located near the beach a very short walk is needed. getting into town requires a taxi, these were easily accessible and cheap. the main road is close, new hotels are being constructed in the area.

the hotel features toboggans, slides, and both small and large pools. there is a minizoo with ostriches, turtles and monkeys. animation programs run throughout the day of all ages. the beach has a gradual entry into the sea.

small gym unheated pools

The gym was quite small. It barely had enough space for a few dumbbells. The pools were not heated. This made swimming uncomfortable. The food lacked variety. The same dishes was almost daily. This absence of creativity in the meals was disappointing.

daily refill sports facilities animation team

my room was spacious with proper air conditioning. there was a mini fridge and daily water refills. i found sports facilities on site, including areas for football, basketball, and volleyball. the swimming pools feature slides, and the animation team organized fun foam parties for kids in the afternoons.

the hotel gym was quite small and felt more like a storage area. it only contained a few dumbbells.

the staff were friendly and happy to assist with any requests or needs. early check-in was accommodated, which i really appreciated after a long trip. the general manager showed genuine care.

there are several swimming pools available plus slides. i saw a diving center onsite, so daily dives were readily available from the harbor. the pools looked very clean, so i used them all of the time!

my room was large and comfortable with all comforts. cleanliness of the room was daily. the room was quiet, so i could relax without a lot of sounds, it was great for getting ready.
